The Rubbing House is a unique and personal setting, exclusively yours for any special celebration (birthday, anniversary,...).
With space for up to 250 guests in a marquee on the grounds, electricity and water supplied, this is a fantastic dry hire venue.
The house can accommodate up to 16 guests. Your family and/or friends will be able to share with you a relaxed stay in a very peaceful environment.
We have no neighbours so you don't need to worry about being overlooked or asked to quieten down.
Our house is home to children so that means our grounds are too. We welcome big and little children to explore, there is plenty to keep them entertained.
With so many beautiful outdoor spaces you can choose different lawns for your celebration. We also have a hidden pizza truck area too!
Catering
We have an amazing in house bespoke caterer, Cara Pinsent Bespoke Dining for any intimate meals in the house & a food truck pizza offering from Pizza on the Hill.
If you have a specific caterer or theme in mind then just let us know and we will happily work with you.

Keshira Creative Events, is a local celebration planner, available to hire.
Keshira knows our venue and can guide you through organising a dry hire event, helping you to secure all necessary suppliers and coordinate your day.
